Complete 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Cleaned outdoor coils and checked all components. All components tested within normal manufacturing spec. Systems would greatly benefit from compressor saver hard start kits to reduce stress on the compressor and reduce energy consumption on startup which will extend the life of the systems. Discovered basement system condensate pump not pumping. Added compressor savers to all 3 systems and replaced the condensate pump. All systems cooling at this time.
