Heating maintenance in Cumming Georgia. Tested operation of 2 systems. All components tested within normal manufacturing spec except for main level return static is very high. System is shutting down on high limit due to lack of airflow. Need to add additional 10†return with filter grill in ceiling of upstairs landing to provide proper airflow to system. Also system would greatly benefit from compressor saver hard start kits to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the system. Ultraviolet light systems are recommended to combat organic and viral growth in systems and throughout the home. Systems are operational at this time. Need to schedule return duct insulation
