Found system low on charge due to leak at evaporater coil service port, leaky schrader valve. Replaced all schrader valves, replaced all brass caps, tightened connections, added thread sealant to evaporater coil service cap and condenser service ports. Pressure and leak tested system. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Recharged system and it is cooling at this time. Need to come back during summer with hotter temperatures to retest pressures. Left customer with replacement filter. All under warranty.
