2 system a/c repair and tune-up complete. Left replacement filter for upstairs sys5em and changed main level filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs system low on r22. R22 is a refrigerant being phased out by the EPA in 2020. Recommend replacing upstairs system. Chemically washed condenser coils. Customer upgraded tune up to 2 system maintenance plan. Recharged upstairs system with 2 lbs r22 and added leak seal (no guarantee on leak seal). Systems are cooling at this time. Customer used $25 off coupon.
