Complete 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Upstairs- Found the noise coming from the furnace in attic. Discovered it was the filter clip inside vibrating. Replaced filter and noise went away. Furnace is old but in fair condition. Recommend adding a inline safety switch. Checked pressures and amps. System is working good. Recommend adding a start kit to condenser. Main Level - Both Furnace and cooling system are 18 yrs old. Furnace is in Fair condition. Replaced filter. Cooling system is old and running high amps. System is running R22 refrigerant and will be discontinued at the end of the year. System has a new controller and start kit added. Main switch is pitted. Basement - System is new and working good. Checked pressures and amps and found to be to manufacture specs. Would recommend adding start kit to condenser for better startup and decrease the load.
