Find flame sensor weak, worn pressure switch and molded air distribution system. Need to repair the upstairs system and remove the old air distribution box. System need air purifier system to remove and help kill Molds. Find main furnace 2-year-old operating normal within manufacturer spec. Find basement heatpump/Airhandler operating with restrictions liquid line, need to replace king valve for proper flow. System freezing up Heatpump unit. The system also 19-year-old with phaseout equipment. Suggest to upgrade the system and not do the repair.
