Found fault in upstairs voltage absorption system, recommend repair. Gave condenser coils a chemical wash. Found no surge protection, recommend adding surge protection to protect units from lightning strikes and power surges. Found insulation level not up to code, recommend adding insulation in the fall. Recharged system, added in leak sealers, replaced voltage absorption system and renovated electrical terminations. Systems operating at this time.
