1 system ac pm check complete. Did not change filter. Checked mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. chemically washed dirty condenser coil and applied rust proof waxing. Found no surge protection, recommend adding on to protect unit from lightning strikes and power surges. Unit is a 16 seer so I do recommend adding a performance enhancement system for max efficiency of the compressor. System operating normal at this time.
