Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Did not change the filter, check the drain and clean ac coil. Check operations and increase fan speed for the cooling system. Find the cooling system operating without hard start kit per manufacturer spec. System missing water protection in the attic. Suggest surge protection for the cooling system. Give customer estimate to repair system but customer want to wait. System cooling at this time.
