Found a zoning system with bad damper motor for upstairs not closing. Zone board doesn't have a dedicated transformer either and zone board has to burn around the resistor. Recommend new damper, zone board, and transformer. Replaced zone board, upstairs damper and installed dedicated transformer for zone board. The system is heating at this time. Signed customer up for one system maintenance plan, will return to do maintenance.
