Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found system with clogged filter, changed filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found weak blower capacitor. Found evaporator coil to be rusty, corroded and freezing up due to very low r22 pressure. R22 is a refrigerant that has been phased out by the epa. System has no water safety and is therefore not up to code. Main electrical switch has electrical pitting present. Due to age and condition of system and cost of repair, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. System is not cooling at this time.
