No cool main level system. Tested system and found the following: Evaporator coil is very rusty and corroded and therefore likely to leak. Blower wheel is dirty. System’s water safety is code compliant but it has no overflow protection switch as a backup to primary water safety. System is not cooling due to bad capacitor (55/5 uf). Found main electrical switch in bad condition with electrical pitting present. Existing hard start kit has gone bad as well. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. Customer just wants repair for now. Replaced capacitor, main electrical switch and hard start kit. Pulled and cleaned blower wheel. Installed overflow protection switch. System is cooling at this time.
