Heating maintenance in Flowery Branch. Tested operation of 3 systems. Discovered basement system with weak blower motor controller and blower motor spun in reverse at one point during tested and systems tripped on high limit, system also has no water safety and worn draft inducer motor. Due to extent of repair and system being 17 years old replacement is recommended. Main level system also has no water safety and gas line is flexed through cabinet, supply plenum is choked down and is restricting airflow and efficiency, system is 11 years old. Upstairs system has dirty blower wheel, worn ignition, improper gas line flexed through cabinet, improper flue pipe not sized right for system and leaking carbon monoxide no drain line water safety to help prevent flooding in the case of common drain line clogs. System is 15 years old and replacement is recommended over repair.
