Heating tune up in Flower Branch. Tested operation of 2 systems. Upstairs system components all tested within normal manufacturing spec. Discovered beginning stages of organic growth in ductwork. Recommend ultraviolet light system to combat organic and viral growth in system and throughout the home. System would also benefit from a duct cleaning. Downstairs system has a weak blower motor controller, is extremely old and will needs to be replaced soon. Homeowners will sign up for membership in the spring
