Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. System was not cooling due to considerable loss of refrigerant, found leak from reversing valve, took photos and videos of leak. The system is 13 years old, customer wants a quote on heat pump replacement, we recently replaced the evaporator coil. Will follow up
