Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool upstairs bonus room. Check and system on have 6" supply running to the room. The system has some airflow but week due to long run. Bonus room needs to have it own additional system. Mini-split system will have room maintain proper comfort. Check both system duct. Find both system duct work in poor conditions and not set up properly. The system has too much airflow restrictions and undersize in the ductwork. Ducts system also very dirty and worn. Need to upgrade both supplies and return plenum with all new duct work. System operating at this time. Both heatpump systems also need a hard start kit. Customer needs estimate for mini-split system and duct system upgrade.
