Package unit diagnosis in Gainesville, Georgia. Found wasp nest built inside two burners preventing flames from igniting. Removed nests and dirt clog and system is heating. Signed customer up for one system maintenance plan and performed heating maintenance. Recommend installing hard start kit to take a load off compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother, and therefore lasts longer. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. System is heating at this time.
