Arrived on site to preform a one system tuneup. Inside; changed filter and cleared drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found dirty blower motor assembly, and corroded evaporator coil. Outdoor; could not clean coil because it has been eaten away due to dog urinating on it. Pressures are off due to inability to properly transfer heat through condensing unit. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Also found a burnt and pitted contactor. Recommend replacing equipment due to age and condition of unit
