Completed 1 system tune up found slight mold growth in air handler and slight build up of dust on blower wheel recommend cleaning and installing inhibitor in system to kill bacteria and mold as well as allergens and odors. Also recommend secondary water safety device as well as clear EZ trap for better water protection and easier maintenance.
