Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found a 15-year-old system with blower wheel a little dirty. Run capacitor a little low on power and system running with only one form of water safety. Needs inline float switch to protect system and better protect house from water damage. If the blower wheel and capacitor gets any worse will need to clean wheel and replace capacitor. Outdoor unit is not level and causing the compressor to overheat and trip out on high amperage. System needs to be replaced for better efficiency and lower power bills as well as ease of mind for residents. The outdoor system also has a contactor that is pitted and needs to be replaced for better power transfer.
