One system A/C preventative maintenance check completed. Changed the filter. Tested the mechanical and electrical components. Found a burnt main electrical switch and a weak capacitor. Changed the parts out under warranty, but the labor is not under warranty. Installed secondary water safety measures. Chemically washed the condenser coil. Cleared the drain line. The system is cooling at this time.
