Two system ac preventative maintenance check complete. Changed filters. Added chlorine tablets to evaporator coil drain pan upstairs and condensate pump downstairs. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found no issues. Chemically washed condenser coils. Recommend hard start kits to take a load off of compressors to help them run smoother and last longer. Recommend surge protection to protect units from power surges. The systems are cooling at this time.
