Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool main system. Check and find system freezing up at evaporator coil in the attic. Find evaporator badly rusted and leaking r22 charge. The system also needs a starter to start up compressor properly. System operating but not properly. The customer just wants to recharge for now unit they get in contact with the landlord. System 13 year old and phase out equipment from EPA by the end of this year. Can no longer recharge system with R22 by the year 2020. The system needs to be replaced.
