Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter customer provided. Added spray drain pan treatment into system. Cleared drain line. Tested static pressure and found it to be high. Pressure drop of current filter is .33. Recommend pureairx electronic filter to reduce static pressure and provide improved air quality. System has no overflow protection, recommend adding on to serve as a backup to primary water safety switch and to help protect furnace from potential water damage. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found weak blower capacitor (5 uf) recommend repair. Tested refrigerant pressures and found them to be good. System has no surge protection, recommend adding on to protect equipment from power surges. Chemically washed condenser coil. System is cooling at this time.
