Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Cleared drain line. Added chlorine tablets to evaporator coil drain pan. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found very rusty, corroded evaporator coil, likely to leak. Found dual capacitor leaking oil. System is old and runs on r22 refrigerant which has been phased out by the epa. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable and more efficient system. Replaced capacitor. System is cooling at this time.
