Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Cleaned outdoor coil and checked all components. Indoor blower capacitor and outdoor capacitor have good readings, compressor saver has been installed and working well. Pressures look good and system has 20* split across the system, 70* in and 50* out. Ultraviolet system installed last year is still functioning properly. System could use a form of water safety to prevent flooding. System operation normal at this time.
