Find disconnect arching and worn. System need duct cleaning, need to pull and clean blower assembly for proper airflow. Need to install drain pan and water protection. Need to recharge system to manufacturer spec, need to replace weak capacitor and install hard start kit for proper start up, need Chemical clean AC coi and need to replace disconnect box for safety.
