Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Check and find both systems very dirty, filter clogged, and system have molds in the air distribution system. Find both systems in attic missing water protection to shut off the system. Find an upstairs system with 2 Zone to help control both the upstairs level and zoning operating but need the transformer to help control damper motor. Find upstairs 3-year ac unit operating without hard start kit, need to install for proper start up per manufacturer. Find downstairs 9-year-old ac unit low on charge(A410), need to do leak search and recharge system. Find downstairs coil dirty and need Chemical clean. Ac unit contactor pitted and worn and need to replace. Upstairs system operating at this time, downstairs not operating within manufacturer spec.
