Complete 2 system A/C repair and preventative maintenance check. Checked all components found melted surge protector and burnt wires with a tripped breaker on the main floor outdoor unit. We'd like to replace both surge protectors on outdoor units and replace the disconnect on the main floor unit. The main level system could also use a duct leaning ad. The basement system needs an ultraviolet system to combat mold growth and maintain indoor air health.
