Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found system with a bad capacitor. Found no water safety present. Found system low on r22. Replaced capacitor, recharged system, installed hard start kit and installed two forms of water safety. The system is cooling at this time. Will schedule maintenance for another day.
