Heating maintenance in Roswell. Homeowner stated that a couple weeks ago that the system was struggling to heat. Tested operation of 1 furnace. Discovered system under firing. Ducts are dirty and need to be cleaned. System needs ultraviolet light system to combat mold growth especially due to system being in crawlspace with high humidity. System heating at this time.
