Heating maintenance in Roswell. Tested operation of 2 systems. Discovered insufficient attic insulation and ductwork on both systems. Both systems need water safeties in the drain and would greatly benefit from compressor saver hard start kits to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up. Also would benefit from ultraviolet light systems to combat organic and viral growth in system and throughout the space. Systems heating at this time. Right side system 15 years old inefficient and rusted out. Replacement is highly recommended. Left side newer system thermostat need to be upgraded for better efficiency.
