HVAC inspection in Roswell. Tested operation of 1 system. Discovered furnace having issues igniting. Ignition has heavy signs of wear. Flame safety has signs of wear. Chamber extremely rusted, blower wheel is dirty, inducer motor bearings are worn out and grinding, old furnace flue pipe is not properly capped off and is still being used for water heater exhaust, gas line is not hard piped into furnace per code, condensate vinyl tubing is extremely corroded, starting to leak and in danger of complete clog which best option to replace would be through exterior wall in garage, ac secondary controller is weak and outside of manufacturing spec, system needs compressor saver to reduce stress on compressor and help with start up, outside control wiring is exposed to the elements at connections and is corroding, outdoor fan motor is over amping and pulling too much electricity, system’s coil is very dirty and needs to be cleaned, refrigerant line insulation is missing in some spots outside,
