HVAC tune up in Roswell. Tested operation of 1 system. Discovered burnt and pitted main electrical switch. All other components tested within normal manufacturing spec. Outdoor unit needs cleaning. Recommend ultraviolet light system to combat organic and viral growth in system and throughout the home. System heating and cooling at this time. Signed up for maintenance membership and cleaned outdoor unit
