Performed 1 system cooling maintenance. Recommend u/v lighting system to purify air and kill mold spores and bacteria. Outdoor unit has no form of power protection. Recommend installing surge protector to keep system safe from electrical damage. Highly recommend installing compressor saver for outdoor unit that will lower compressor amp drawl, stop lights from dimming in the house during start up and quiet the unit during start up.
