Performed 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance. Upstairs system has no secondary water safety. Recommend installing inline PVC switch to turn ac off if drain line were to become clogged. Blower wheel very dirty and needs to be chemically cleaned to restore balance and efficiency. Downstairs condensate pump sits directly on the floor. Recommend wet switch for the system to set off an alarm and shut the system off if water is present. No form of power protection. Recommend installing whole home surge protector to keep all electrical components from damage. Outdoor units need hard start kits to prolong the life of the compressor and quiet units during startup. Systems are operating properly at this time and ready for summer weather.
