Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. found upstairs unit less than a year old and everything running well. Does not have secondary water safety device installed recommend that as well as a surge protector for the outdoor system to prevent any damage to electrical components. The downstairs system is 13 years old with the 20-year-old furnace. The blower wheel is dirty drain line very clogged furnace is rusted in multiple areas. The outdoor capacitor is rusted and weak. Recommend replacing system for more efficient and relieve the stress of current system breaking down.
