One system cooling maintenance in Sugar Hill arrive on site, changed filter and cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance, cleaned outdoor coil and checked refrigerant pressures. Found weak capacitor in outdoor unit as well as low on refrigerant by 1lb. Replaced capacitor under parts warranty and charged unit to manufacture spec. Recommend installing secondary water safty switch and surge protection to unit. Unit is operating normally at this time
