Renew 2 cci plan and complete 2 heating pm check. Find both heating system operating with damage flame safety and minor worn ignition system. Find blower smc also baldly worn. Find both evaporator coil in attic dirty and rusted. Customer want to repair heating system for now. Renovate both heating system flame safety HM15A, replace both system blower SMC HN4A and upgrade upstairs tstat to aprilaire 8466. Change both filter. Both heating system operating at this time.
