Performed 2 system cooling maintenance. Replaced both secondary motor controls in furnaces. Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Cleaned condenser units. Leveled condenser units. Upstairs drain pan has float switch installed but no inline secondary switch. Recommend installing easy flow switch to stop any pan overflow before it reaches the furnace. Recommend installing 521 compressor saver on outdoor unit to prolong life of condenser. Both systems are operating properly at this time with a normal pressures
