Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool upstairs system. Found bad capacitor and dirty condenser coil. Replaced capacitor and found low r410a levels. Rinsed off the coil and recharged system. Signed customer up for three system maintenance plan and will return to do maintenance. The system is cooling at this time.
