Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. Recommend inline water safety switch to shut the system off in the event of a backed-up drain line. Recommend surge protection to protect the furnace from power surges. The system is heating normally at this time.
