IBC Boiler – Intermittent Heat (DC 20-125) Client reported intermittent heat, though boiler had been operating normally for the last four days. Error history could not be reviewed as there is no way to recall past fault codes on this model. Based on symptoms and the fact that the boiler has had no maintenance in approximately seven years, advised that a full cleaning and service was likely required. Performed a detailed maintenance as outlined in the IBC installation manual, including full cleaning, inspection, and operational testing. Maintenance was successful. Boiler is now operating normally for both domestic hot water and space heating.
