Fireplace burners had been intermittently dropping out which is what caused the service call. Fireplace had a recent maintenance by another company. Found that the most important parts of a fireplace maintenance did not look very clean. (Ex. Glass, themopile, thermocouple) Cleaned glass as it had heavy buildup. Cleaned thermocouple and thermopile as they had buildup on them, could have been the cause of the issue. Thermopile reading is much stronger after cleaning. The thermopile being dirty was likely was the cause of the problems, however if they reoccur the pilot assembly will need to be ordered in and replaced.
