Service Type: Furnace Maintenance Equipment: 2004 Lennox High-Efficiency Furnace Inspection & Findings: - Completed furnace maintenance. - Inducer motor remains loud and vibrating; condition noted during last year’s maintenance as well. - Older ABS venting inspected and found to be in fair condition; advised regular inspection for cracks or leaks. - Humidifier operating normally. - Burners showing rust and age-related deterioration. - Ignitor resistance reading measured low at approximately 17 ohms, indicating wear; ignitor may not last. - OEM ignitor required for this unit. - Combustion analysis performed and results are within acceptable range. Blower wheel inspected and found coated in dust and debris. May be hindering performance.
