Performed annual heating maintenance on a American Standard split system. Client had replaced 20x25 filter before arrival. FAU is located in garage FAU. Followed sequence of operation checked capacitor, inducer fan motor, blower motor, safety and limit switches amps and voltage. Cleared condensation lines. Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Checked flue pipes were secure. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working at manufacture specifications in heating at this time of service
