Executed a heating maintenance on an upflow gas furnace. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Blower capacitor that powers motor inside of furnace measured below manufacturers recommendations - (8/10uf). Estimate sent to replace capacitor via email. Checked temperature heat rise, static pressure and blower motor amp draw. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.
