These annual maintenance consisted of one American standard up flow system located in the closet access I began with washing the filter to ensure that it is completely dry before putting it back at the end of my preventative maintenance check. The 1050 thermostat is operating properly calling for heat and turning the unit on with no error codes or messages on the thermostat. The amps tested out in good range, ensuring that the system is using a controlled voltage through the unit. The temperature supply is also checking out good ensuring that the home is properly being heated to desired temp overall the American standard system is operating to manufacture standards at this time of service.
