Annual maintenance consisted of one American standard furnace located in the attic access. I began with replacing the filter in the home to ensure proper airflow is circulating back to the unit at minimum restrictions. I then make sure the conversation line is cleared the amps checked out good on the unit all of the heating sequence of operation successfully turned on and heated the home properly to desired temperature. The thermostat successfully caught for heat and turn the unit on with no errors overall, the American standard system is operating to manufacture standards at this time of service.
