I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2025 Heat Pump System. I also flushed the condensate drain. I advised client about installing surge protection and gave estimate options on whole house or equipment surge protection and client elected to have equipment surge protection installed. Advised client that office will contact client to schedule me back out to install surge protection. Also scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday July 15th 2026 between 11-1 pm. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.
